Bonus Levels in PB/WM
I am considering making a move into PB / WM and have heard that the bonus pools are significantly higher than most other functions in a bank. Can some of you post percentage examples of your bonuses while working in PB? I will be in a middle office role, supporting relationship managers but have been assured that this position will be part of the bonus pool that is tied to performance/billing. What is a reasonable bonus expectation in a role like this?
