Recently started working as a CSA at MSWM. I was wondering if this is a mistake if I am hoping to possibly break into IB or trading (or any other area of finance basically). I graduated from a well known state school but I had no internships. I figured an opportunity at a BB like MS would only help my chances of getting a better job in an area I am more interested in after a few years. Due to my weak resume I was worried i wouldnt get any other BB offers.
