Deloitte Financial Advisory to Investment Banking Advice needed , Toronto

Have you guys that work on Bay Street investment banking ever seen people who came from Deloitte or big four financial advisory?A little background, I am an engineering graduate at a top Canadian school with 3 years of consulting experience now thinking about switching into Deloittes financial Advisory practice instead of doing consulting , studying for CFA level 1 probably will take it next June. How likely is it for me to pivot into investment banking within a year of working in this service line specifically in M&A Transaction Advisory or Corporate Finance? And if I stay in Deloitte for too long would I still be able to apply as an entry level investment banking analyst ?Thank you!
