EY-Parthenon Deal Technology vs Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory - Technology?

I just received an offer from both (out of undergrad) and I'm currently conflicted about which to choose. Was wondering if there were any opinions about the difference between the two in culture, work-life balance, career development, prestige, and exit opportunities? Both are in New York, but Parthenon's pay is better. Also, Deloitte is not S&O, which is also an are of concern. Thank you!
