Family Office Recruiting

Hello all, 2 questions

1) is anyone familiar with the family office recruiting process at the analyst level in London and/or know any recruiters that recruit for them? I imagine there’s not a lot of roles that come up each year vs PE/HF.

2) What kind of background do they look for? Mine is pretty mixed in terms of public/private market roles but most of the roles I see seem to be more PE oriented.
