HELP! Drug testing for MS Internship at Local PWM branch?
Help! I just got a summer internship offer at MS and was wondering if anyone knew the drug testing policy for local PWM branches? Do they administer drug tests because i have to admit, i love trees :)
I am amazed at the number of people going into investment banking who are worried about drug tests. Not judging. Just surprised.
^^ I agree and I am judging. The number of questions about this is absolutely ridiculous.
I am also judging. This is not the first time I have written that people need to stop posting about this garbage.
It's a bummer, but--depending on your priorities--sometimes it's better safe than sorry. Alternatively, just look into countermeasures.
Stop smoking right now and hope for the best. If it's local PWM, they most likely won't test. If it's at one of their corporate offices, they probably will.

I'm an SA at a regional BB PWM office and I had to test. They gave us about a month's notice. Their policy is that it needs to be within 30 days of the first day but no less than 5 days before.
I'm guessing they would've given you notice, but I wouldn't bank on that. I passed a test 10 days after smoking. you're running out of time though...
