Is it possible to go into PWM from IB?
I've seen plenty of people go from PWM to IB but never the other way around.
Is this type of move feasible/ how does one do it?

I know a guy who did it, he went from BB lev fin to a wire house and has succeeded. He left at the VP level and leveraged his connections to build a book of business.
Do you know what his aum is now? Did he join a team?
He’s currently part of one, but not sure if he joined one initially. He’s an SVP, but unsure what level of production that translates to.
Do you know how long it took for him to build it up?
He said it took a few years and that it was very heavy on marketing including cold calling.
