JP Morgan Wealth Management Superday
I had a superday yesterday for the FT analyst program in the private bank at JP Morgan. Think it went fairly well. When can I expect to hear back? Have others heard back? I'm also curious what percentage of people who make it to the superday round end up getting hired, if anybody knows this.
Had a few friends who recently went through this. 8 people in their AC, 2 got offers and they found out 2/3 working days after.
I think it depends on the desk, office location and which geography they cover as to how many they take on.
Hard to say. Talked to lots of bankers and directors and they mainly hire through the internship program, but they severely under-hired last summer so they're needing to make up for it this year.
Ended up getting the offer today, a full 10 days after the superday. Wasn't on a waitlist or anything, they just took a long time to give out offers. If you don't hear back from your superday right away, don't give up hope!
Congrats! Seems like they always wait the maximum time they can! Was this US or Europe (UK?)
