JPMorgan Chase FADT Program

Hi,

I just received an offer to join the Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) Program this upcoming summer 2024. Can someone explain this role to me as far as what I'd be doing on a daily basis? Also, what is the expected salary in this position working full time?

Thank you for the help!

You will be an “investment professional” which means you will be a client service rep through out your two years. Overall, you will be a in a call center area and taking calls throughout majority of your day. At the end of the two years you will become a “personal advisor” which is technically a financial advisor but without a legit book of business. My compensation was 56k starting when I started I assume due to inflation you’d get about 60k starting. Hope this helps
