Need Help with Regulations and Careers Advice

Been watching Videos on Youtube with Financial Regulation Courses, I have watched the Sarbase oxley Act and the options video also the Ones about Broker dealers. All The Videos are focussed on Finra and Sec Regulation which Althought are very Interesting i am still at the Basic Level.  I like the Video style with them as Micro learning is Good. But can someone please Look at Finra Rule 3110 on youtube by Financial Regulation courses and Tell me how it will be useful for me.  I know I have to undertake the SIE first but I am exploring Career oppertunities and I dont know what is relevant for IAR positions.  Please help Clear up some of my cnfusion
