Offer PWM internship

Hello all,

My goal is to eventually get into IB in London. Recently I got offered a PWM internship at a BB in one of the financial centres of Europe. In this internship I would be working on a special project where I'd have to answer queries of old clients. I believe I might have been asked for this position because I speak Danish, which would be needed. Taking this internship would mean I would not be able to graduate this year, but the year after.

I am not sure as to what to do. Should I take this internship even though it might not be IB related, or even not that much PWM related (although the position is still called intern PWM)? Would this be a good way to get exposure (would still be working alongside PWMs) and to network within the firm, i.e. would I be able to leverage this internship? Also, this might be a good way to get a foot in the door at one of the BBs.
