pwm internship -- twice. bad decision?
hi everyone,
i had a few interviews with several BBs, but i wasn't able to score an SA position. however, i did receive an internship from a small trading firm, but i was unable to accept it due to location/financial issues. as a result, i ended up returning to the same BB PWM internship position that i had last summer. i figured that doing some kind of an internship over the summer would be good.
however, was this a bad decision? i have no interest in pwm for my future plans, but i thought that having this position would be better than taking classes at school. i will be going into my junior year, and am concerned about what i could possibly say during interviews...especially if the same recruiters (who interviewed me) will be coming over to my school to interview the students. i can't say that i did this pwm internship again because i got rejected from all the other places i applied to. should i have done some other internship, rather than the same one (which i have no real interest in)? what would i tell the interviewers?
some advice/help would be really appreciated, thanks in advance!
Uh, are you familiar with the economic principle of "diminishing marginal returns?"
