Sublet just cancelled on us (NYC), help!

Does anyone know of some places to live or sublet (3Br) for this summer in NYC?

My friends and I just had our sublet cancel on us (storm damage, so it's legitimate). We need to move in on 5/30 through August.

Because this happened so last minute we are really struggling to find a replacement that all three of us can live in.

Do any of you know the best ways we can find housing? (we've exhausted craigslist)

hey no problem dude: "am in touch" w/ a 100 sq ft studio in exclusive upper east nook going for 5.5k/mo + maintenance. Sure maybe quaint - but hey you're in the Big Apple right? :)!!!!!

I'm surprised you've exhausted craigslist. You may want to consider a 3BR split in Astoria (if you're working in Midtown). Craigslist can direct you.

And if you want more pricey stuff, nytimes has a good real estate section.

If you're really stressed, contact some brokers and tell them your situation. You'll have to pay a fee but they can find you a place in a few weeks, no problem.
