Good evening monkeys,
Currently a senior at a non-target going through the interview process. As of today, I have just received a formal offer to be a FA at top tier wealth management firm (think MS, BAML). However, I truly want to be in sales and trading and not on the wealth management side of the business. My question is: is it likely or possible to go from wealth management to sales and trading? Finding a step in the door for sales and trading has been nearly impossible for me, so just wondering if this transition was possible.
