Wealth Management vs. Commercial Banking vs. Tax Advisory

Hello all,

So I have been offered 3 different jobs in 3 very different industries, and am really looking for any and all advice on how to make a decision. I've been offered a analyst position in wealth management with JP, a credit analyst for commercial banking with a large regional bank (with good deal flow), and then a tax advisory position with a big 4 firm in NYC.

Career wise I want to get my MBA and work in M&A, PE, IB -- something deal related. Which of these positions best sets me up to get into a great MBA program and then one of those careers after?

A few side notes and questions: - the regional bank does not have an IBD - I'm not all that interested in tax (and heard you can get pigeon-holed easily), but does the big 4 name and being in NYC help with grad school admission? - how easy or even likely is it to transfer out of WM with JP into a different service line?

Essentially, what provides the best exit opportunities and transferable skills for what I am interested in later down the line? Thanks.
