What does the salary progression look like for an Investment Specialist at JPM Private Bank?

Just received an offer to join JP Morgan’s private bank as a senior associate, Investment Specialist in Partner Coverage. The base salary is set at $150k which isn’t ideal in a HCOL at my age plus I have a 1 year old child and will be the sole income earner. 

For me to feel good about taking this job, I’d appreciate some data points from people on here on what the salary + bonus progression looks like for an investment specialist. They didn’t divulge what the bonus range is for 1st year joiners at the associate level, and I have no idea what the salary progression looks like 5 years out. I understand it’s mostly determined by flows, but it would be really helpful to know what a middle bucket performer can expect to take in each year at the associate and vp level.
