Which internship - Relevant to banking, commercial real estate, or PWM?
Which internship is more relevant to banking, commercial real estate or PWM? I already have a pwm-type of internship, should I take the commercial real estate internship or keep looking for something else. These are during the school year.
Commercial real estate, try and do modelling.
Commercial real estate is much better. Try to learn some type of valuation (even if it is for property/land) and modeling if you can.
