Sorry I couldn't resist, but a hotel model isn't any fancier than anything else. Average Rates X 365 X occupancy + other income (that can be complex with FB and other stuff), then its just fees, opex, taxes, etc. for NOI. Really no more complicated, but the assumptions required are just way more subjective.
