No no no, you can learn everything you need to learn by grinding your way through the training / learning materials. Usually within groups analyst self select into more qualitative work and some do more heavy modeling. Depends on the nature of the group but tbh it’s basic math, you can learn how to do it over time. Just don’t be lazy and be super aggressive about learning
