This is really only a question you can answer. Are you okay with living in Kurdistan? I mean thats a really good offer. I would also figure how you would pay taxes on that to better help you make a decision.

I would do Kurdistan, but then again my risk tolerance is quite high. It's an opportunity that you will likely not have again, and the pay is much better. If I recall correctly the first $90,000 are free abroad, assuming you spend less than 30 days in the states that year.

Honestly, if they are willing to pay for your expenses, you would essentially be saving more than $150k a year, work for some years, maybe get $700k in savings. Invest it all well and you should be able to retire before you hit 30. Also when you say they are paying for your expenses, will you have a decent expense account or are there strict limits? If they give you a nice expense account, I would do it, you could stay at nice hotels, go to nice clubs, etc.

Ok so how does the expense part work? Are they paying for whatever you want or does that just mean they hook you up with an apartment and a stipend for food?

You could probably bring your gf with you with that salary.

Edit: Not saying this is in any way a good idea.
