Whats the typical raise in base salary for a 2nd year analyst at the major consulting firms? what about 2nd to 3rd year?

Even if this is a troll, I'll answer it in the hopes it'll be useful to someone. I've heard (from a recruiter) at MBB it's roughly 25% raise a year for analysts (or whatever the post-undergrad job is called).
