To add to this, Ligand Pharmaceuticals does something similar. I'm not of much help outside life science ABS hahah
esoteric ABS covers a lot, and occasionally HF will be setup so the sector head will cover, for instance, aircraft equity, HY and air ABS.

Hi all, in the next week, i will meet a fund manager of a abs fund of an asset manager. i'm not too update and i don't have a lot of information about this securities. i wondered what are the method of valuation of this type of securities. In addition what are the required skill and what is the day routine for an analyst. Thanks Alessio
