Anyone have a list or insight into first year analyst compensation for Acqusitions Analysts? Thoughts on where to go/avoid?

For institutional shops, 90-120k all in for your first year. Smaller shops tend to be have more variance.
This is pretty accurate for Tier 1 markets, it may be marginally below that in tier 2/3 markets.
