Background: graduated from non-target (semi-target for Chicago) with a 3.7+ GPA. Majored in STEM. Had a one year internship in Asset Management (full time summer, part time fall + spring) for fixed income. Mostly worked with rates and FX. I'm also an international student.

I've tried applying for the Analyst programs last recruitment cycle and got radio silence. Had a few interviews here and there but nobody seemed willing to sponsor the H1B Visa.

Looking for advice + places I should look into. I've tried BB and some smaller shops. Also tried coldemailing people with very few leads.
