Advice Needed Regarding Work Visa

Hey guys, just thought I'd ask for advice as I am not too familiar with the Visa situation here in the US. I am almost done with recruiting but just wanted to ask about visas for internationals who work here in the US. I understand that most students out of undergrad receive a H1-B Visa however from my understanding if you have a masters or an MBA you receive a more permanent Visa which potentially leads to a green card?

Is this true at the banks? Or either way do MBAs receive the same H1-B visas as the analysts do?
