Any banks still recruiting for S&T SA 2019?
The title says it all. Anyone know of any BB or EB banks still recruiting for 2019 SA in S&T. Recently went through the process with Citi but it didn't work out. Still interested in the markets and would love to work in S&T if possible.
why didnt you get the offer?
I personally just had a bad day interviewing. I have 2 good friends who both received offers and it honestly wasn't hard compared to my first round interview. Lost track of very simple things such as maintaining eye contact while explaining answers, etc. My technical knowledge was there but it just didn't work out. As long as you have a strong opinion about the markets and know your resume, you'll be fine. Shit happens and some days you're on your game while some days you aren't. I wouldn't stress over it at all tbh. Good luck.
