Anyone have any insight on Hillwood in London?
I was looking them over, and was reached out to by a recruiter, but the recruiter made them sound like they are top-tier, one of the most prestigious in London. I know recruiters do this, but I have never heard of them, so I was curious if anyone here has?

If it's the above Hillwood, wasn't aware they expanded to the UK, so it could be a different company. But I live in Texas, so this is the Hillwood I'm familiar with.
If it's the same, then they were founded by the late billionaire Ross Perot, and the company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. They are a well-regarded, well-capitalized development/investment firm (at least in Texas, from my knowledge), focusing on industrial, residential/multi, and some office and retail, too. Don't believe they made it on the 2019 PERE 100 list, but I would consider them a top-tier company.
Yes, this is it, it says that the position is in London, though I have seen they are headquartered in Texas. That's why I'm wondering how their London office is.
Do you know the typical comp in Dallas would be at Hillwood for analyst/associate?
In the current environment... My bet is, for their Dallas positions, Analyst would probably be $70k - $85k USD. Associate would be probably $90k - $115k USD. Both exclude bonus, and depending on experience. Realize the Associate pay range is large, but really depends on your credentials, how much they want you on their team, and how quickly you can hit the ground running as far as managing projects independently.
Obviously this isn't sensitized for USD to GBP, or any cost of living adjustments. I'm not in DFW region of Texas, either, but many friends who are, and these are the salary ranges I'm aware of for these positions.
Also, I'd check this thread out, if you haven't already:

I appreciate your insight, and that was what I was getting in my random google searches as well. Real estate comp is all over the place, so I was just curious.
Thanks for the thread I will take a look.
Really strong firm in the United States with a great reputation. One of the top industrial developers.
It's relatively newer in the European market (~5 years).
The HQ has long work hours so I would think the culture could match it there. Good shop with good people but you will certainly grind there.
Are they viewed as favorably in London? I am in the EU atm, and looking to return to the US, but wouldnt mind doing REPE in London if it was with a good firm.
I just want to make sure that the firm would be recognizable when I return, but from what I see in this thread I would be fine.
