I can't speak for those two firms individually, but to be safe you should probably assume that most places will want some form of your official transcript.
Assuming your school is US based, you're probably right around the midterm period, which gives you plenty of time to pull up your grades. Rather than worry, hit the books and make this a non-issue.

When I was a rising senior going into my SA position, my firm requested my official transcript around late March/ early April. This was well before the grading period for that semester so my transcript consisted of all my grades through Fall semester Junior Year.
