Apple Splitting It's Stock

Apple's shares are soaring, and can reach as high as $1000 within the next two years. Do people think their stocks will split, and if so when? Their stocks are going to become too expensive for investors, and I personally believe they should split within the next year.

They also said they weren't going to do a dividend recently (under Jobs tenure). Is a split possible- Sure. But who knows? Two big stock decisions in one years?

How is the share price too expensive for investors, exactly? Perhaps $630/share seems like a lot if you're a student managing $1k in his personal account, but that is really a nonissue for the large majority of retail investors who invest in 401(k)s etc, and it is absolutely of no concern to institutional investors.

The Apple CFO is not going to care if $630/share inconveniences college "investors". They do not make up the investor base that provides true liquidity for AAPL.

Also, your grammar is terrible. I hope you pay someone to review your cover letters.

Spot on.

They do or they don't who cares? It's just like when one company decides to issue dividends, the net result would be exchanging one clientele for another, in other words the shareholders who don't want to receive dividends would sell their stocks and the buyers are the one who favor dividends paying stocks.
