Bain Final Round- No Response?

I am an APD and had my final round interview with Bain on 7/12. They have since called the three other candidates with offers and rejections, but I have yet to hear anything. Any thoughts on what might be going on? I have tried reaching out to the recruiting coordinator without a response.

You likely "passed" the interview but they are looking for your placement. Many firms have a final round that is more "qualifying" than competing against others in the interview round (still very competitive). Since you haven't been outright rejected, you likely "passed" but now they are placing you.

If they find you a spot, you will get a congrats but if they cannot place you, then you will be rejected.

Any thoughts on what factors could get somebody off the waitlist? Is it a matter of somebody declining their offer or something else?

Just a matter of waiting - it's more likely that they're waiting to interview more candidates before deciding, especially given it's still early in the season (Bain doesn't hire many APDs either, ~14 across NA last year?).

As far as your chances go, if it were McK/BCG I'd say 50/50, but hard to know with Bain. Have heard they ghost candidates more often. The former two will straight up tell you the following week if you're waitlisted. I waited a month for BCG to get back to me with an answer after the initial final round feedback call.
