Banks sponsor visa for experienced middle/back office positions?

Does anyone have and can anyone share a case where banks in London sponsor visa for a successful experienced candidate in mdidle/back office positions? I am not talking about those Investment Banking or Front Office positions including Summer Analyst and First-Year Analyst positions which most people are interested in. It is more like someone who has 4-5 years of experiences in the field and want to move to London.

To be more specific I work in Treasury department (Asset and Liability Management) and my position is more about risk management. There are some 'quant' aspect in my job and I need to use some programming like SAS/SQL/VBA/Python (which I know a little bit and not used in my work yet) but it is not a 100% quant position.

Would appreciate any sharing and many thanks.
