Berkadia Transaction Analyst

Anyone have past experience with this postion and have any info in terms of culture, deal flow, and comp? Havent heard much about Berkadia in my area and was wondering if this role was more of an operations/research based role or eventually would lead to a producing role?

Curious, Berkadia does not have "production analysts" like other shops. So what do they call analysts working with their originators on their production team? I have heard their analysts called transaction analysts, financial anlysts etc. What are their roles?

I dont see any capital analysts opening on their careers site. I see analysts, transaction analysts, financial analysts, underwriting analysts, analysts-deal management. Who works on originations and who works on underwriting?
