Unfortunately, as non-target, it would be too low for those three banks in NYC. On the other hand, plenty of other banks in NYC will accept that GPA, and if you are set on those three, try regional offices like Chicago or Houston which has a lower threshold.

 

I mean if you have more time, I would definitely try to raise your GPA to a 3.7 at a minimum to increase the odds.

I have friends that have broken into top BB IB with below 3.2 GPA from non target. Anything is possible

 

Not impossible. Keep on grinding, network hard and apply everywhere. Everything is possible if you don’t give up. Have a good story to explain your gpa and why you want to do this.
