best interview prep, SIG intern
I have a first round interview upcoming this week for SIG asst. trader intern. I got it through a connection...some guy who was standing next to me at one my little brothers soccer games works on their floor...go figure.
Anyways I really want to nail the interview because I am not from a target school and know this opp inst one I will necessarily get again. I know how prob/quant based their interviews are, dominated by brainteasers. For the people who have been through their process, what was the best approach and best resources for their brainteasers. I am going to study heard on the street, however if there are other untapped things I should be reading please let me know...thanks a lot in advance
The wilmott forums have a pretty extensive brainteaser base from what I understand
Wilmott + heard on the street should be enough for brainteasers.
Honestly, I would also review the basic probability concepts, cuz if you are stuck you can at least give it a shot and build off a framework.
Know probability cold, especially bayes theorem.
