Firm has a strict healthy diet policy. The last thing you wanted to eat after a grueling day is dry piece of chicken, overcooked pasta, and unseasoned meat. What's good making all of that money if you don't eat T-bone steaks, omakase sushi's, and pizza?

Pre-covid WFH but managers are strongly against letting people use it, especially if you're a junior analyst (anyone below AVP which at the firm is around 12-15 years of experience generally) In some groups, even AVP were given a hard time to wfh in some groups

We're very loose / liberal with expenses. You could get away with putting pretty much any meal, team drinks/dinners, first class flights / fancy hotels, etc. and nobody really cares or asks for receipts.
