Blackstone - MAI Analyst Program

Hey everyone! I just wanted to know if anyone knows about the MAI Analyst program at Blackstone?

Please correct me if I am wrong but from what I understand - MAI falls under the PWM division. It is focused on helping raise capital from existing and new clients and providing them with the different products BX has. And because of the nature of the role the MAI analyst is involved in supporting " fund development and capital raising to product management and business analytics"

Does anyone know what the interview process is like? What sort of a role would an analyst play in this? Is it a front/back office role? Why does BX have a PWM division?

I cannot post the link for some reason. But if you type "Analyst – Multi-Asset Investing Blackstone position" and click on the first link you will find the job description

Thanks everyone for your help!
