I think it is quite difficult to have a clear insight about this subject. We are of course all working in an open space and most of the social game is played outside office.
Some questions come to my mind:
- From what extent have they got a common background ? Schools, jobs ? Trading or Sales world ?
- Are there many brokers becoming traders and vice versa ?
- How ( or to what extent) do traders "trick" the official fees schedule between the two legal entities in order to reward/punish their brokers
- Do you think there are too many players in brokerage and that it could affect this relationship (depending on regions) ? More globally, how do you estimate the power balance ?
