Bryant Park Capital Interview

I have an upcoming phone interview with Bryant Park Capital for an Associate position. A modeling test is required if I make it to in person interviews. Wanted to know if anyone had insight into what I should expect for a modeling test or any insight into the company itself.

Even though I had lot of general questions that were we sort of ambiguous to answer he gave me clear direction with each question based on his experience and made sure to not discourage me from anything.”
