Burberry Tie as a Summer Analyst?

I recently received a light blue burberry tie as a gift. I know it's not a good idea to wear things with an obvious designer pattern (e.g. Hermes or LV or Gucci) as a junior analyst but would this be over the top?

As you can see, the Burberry check pattern is visible, but it isn't in the ubiquitous tan/red/white pattern. Should I wear it or is it too obnoxious?

I kinda like it.

"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Pray for me now and at the hour of my death, which I hope is soon. Amen."

Fine, if a bit skinny for my taste, but within the acceptable range, people will most likely assume it isn't burberry since many other makers have begun using the pattern and its not the tan base color.
