How many properties do you manage? Do you work with acquisition team/property managers? Do you also focus on loans and interest rates and investor reporting?
What skill set did you learn? Do you interact a lot with the leasing department, loan officers?
What are the tricks to the trade? What do you see in a property and what do you look for now that you wouldn’t have before working in AM? How do you operate a building to be more efficient? Are you focusing on maximizing NOI? What metrics are you looking at everyday?
Basically, who is giving you the guidance on how to operate the buildings to its maximum performance? Who are you reporting to?
