CamberView Partners - legit opportunity?

Hey guys,

Got a message for a position with the aforementioned company through a headhunter. What they do is apparently consult top management on corporate governance / difficult market situations:
"Our client advises the executive suites and boards of Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of events including contested merger situations, hedge fund activism, director elections, compensation matters, difficult shareholder proposals and more. CamberView Partners' team is comprised of some of the most prominent individuals in the corporate governance, which has undeniably become one of the most important trends currently impacting public companies."
Their list of top people seems quite impressive, but the mentions of this company in the Internet are quite scarce. Can anybody share any insights - what is their reputation? Who are the most respected companies in this space? What is the work like?
