Can BB banks still test for weed in NYC?
I know that NYC passed a law in NYC banning employers from testing for THC. Does this apply to BB banks? Fake news? Also, I started this summer at a foreign commercial bank and I wasn't drug tested due to COVID. Is there a chance they don't even drug test me especially if they are looking for an immediate hire?
And before the "you can't stay off the weed when applying to jobs are you a moron???" people. The process moved relatively quickly and i was not SEEKING a job, I was approached about the job. I've been clean for about 5 days.... drug test not scheduled yet.

Interning at an EB next summer and the contract didn’t mention drug testing at all so you might be ok
