can grad students go through undergrad recruiting?

A friend on mine graduated from Berkeley as a math major last spring, has taken a year off to travel and do god knows what, and is going to start on an graduate applied math program at an ivy next fall (delayed acceptance).

He's gotten interested in s&t as a career and is now wondering if he can go through undergrad recruiting as a graduate student next year.

So can he interview for FT positions with the undergrads? I told him he probably could considering that he will be only 22 when he starts the grad program and not any older than the college seniors.

what do you guys know about this?

funny. As an undergrad I applied for associate positions. Got 3 first interviews, so I was definately in the running. No dice on 2nd interviews though. The point is that if as an undergrad I can get through the door of associate, why would you stoop to that level as a masters graduate? Youre signaling that you have low ability if you do such a thing
