Can't Sleep
Hit the desk in the summer and with the holidays rolling around I've had a crazy hard time going to sleep. Work has been stressful but nothing out of the ordinary, just lately the past 3-4 weeks I've been getting in bed around midnight but don't fall asleep until about 2-3 am. My mind just keeps going and won't shut off.
I've tried melatonin and it really didn't help much. help a struggling analyst out please! I'm a zombie with 3-4 hours of sleep
Try Zzzquil, liquid form not the pills but only use it occasionally and try exercising more.
Smoke some pot. You're not gonna change your lifestyle and it's way better than taking sleeping pills or drinking yourself to sleep. At least try CBD.

Yeah workout more. Go for a run to tire yourself out in the day.
Try working out every day. No caffeine past noon. Use ear plugs so that there's no sound distractions, make sure your room is dark and cold.
Good alternatives to melatonin are RESTED AF by Steel Supplements and Anabolic Coma by Kodiak Supps- I've taken both on days that I train and they've worked wonders for getting me into a deep sleep fairly quickly.

I assume you are being sarcastic. I would assume that your quality life has to suffer a bit, if you are on call all the time
How the fuck are you planning to do that if you work in IB...? Short of being the MD, you’ll probably need to use some electronic devices past 9pm
I try to stay off the supps and only use melatonin if my sleep schedule is fucked up or I'm hungover.
I recently started using Headspace and its really helpful for the wind down process. They have Sleepcasts that you can play overnight.

A very modest amount of nyquil, CBD oil and melatonin on top if you need. Key word modest.
Yeah and if you're going to go with CBD oil, might as well throw in some THC through a good Indica. It will mellow you out for sleep. Millions do this.
