Well, BNP Paribas is the only I-banking/S&T offer that you seem to have, and even though it's not as strong here as it is in Europe, I would still take it over the other two. Though, of course it depends on what you want to do later on in your life.
The best thing to do early on is to give yourself many options later on.
Private Banking doesnt give you many options since its heavily focused on sales/marketing and some portfolio management as in selecting mutual funds and possibly some alternates (hedge funds). It would be hard to jump to a PE/VC or banking later on from this.
I am not too sure about your role with American Express.
AS for fixed income sales, you would not gain the analytical experience that may help you later on if you decide to switch into something else.
Leverage finance would give you the broadest exposure and skill set. Many private bankers used to be investment bankers before but its hard to find vice-versa.

Also important to find out what kind of role you'd enjoy most since they're all good options.
To add something on AmEx: Would I be right in assuming this is the management development programme? If so it's supposed to be one of the best corporate options after uni... On this board we're obviously biased towards banking, but AmEx would give loads of options outside of banking though and access to good MBAs (and maybe banking later?)
Is it Amex Strategic Planning Group ? If so this is a very good option.

To respond, the AmEx position is an analyst position within the finance department of American Express Int'l & Global Corporate Services.
I am def. shooting for the Lev. Finance position but am already a year out of school and late in the game...just networked to get this far...
BNP Lev Fin hands-down.
That particular AmEx position isn't very competitive or selective (I know; I talked to them too and they just wanted me to show up to get the job; seemed like more of a more-warm-bodies approach). The Credit Suisse Private Banking role is reasonably prestigious, I suppose, but it isn't easy to make the analyst/associate leap there and you'll never be anything more than a salesman in a pretty suit.
BNP Lev Fin, on the other hand, brings a lot of heat within the certain sectors it dominates. There are exit opps a-plenty.
Private banking is a worthless profession.
