Censoring Hydroxychloroquine

Why did big tech just silence the video of a group of doctors/physicians that support the use of hydroxychloroquine for treating Covid 19 when it's a very cheap and widely available solution that will greatly lower the death rate? It's been around for over 60 years. Maybe because this pandemic has been politically weaponized by the media and the left to create the worst possible situation for Donald Trump's re-election?

  1. Hydroxychloroquine is not a cure for COVID-19. It doesn't do anything, much less "greatly lower the death rate."

  2. The doctor in question talks about disease spread through having sex with demons. Not kidding.

  3. Twitter, as a private company, is free to do whatever it wants. This is a thoroughly conservative and free market point of view.

  4. The pandemic hasn't been "politically weaponized." America could end the pandemic, even now, in approximately 4-6 weeks if people wore masks and stayed the fuck home like in every other first world country, but we failed, so here we are.

  5. You are personally making this site a less intelligent, less rational, and less valuable place. Stop spreading bullshit conspiracy theories and stop making threads about blowback to your bullshit conspiracy theories.

Hey buddy, never said it was a cure I said it was a good treatment. Nice of you to nitpick 1 of the doctors of the big group! And I'm actually provoking different thoughts and ideas than the mainstream provides to people, so good on ya!

The pandemic hasn't been "politically weaponized"? Do you follow the news or even stay up to date on politics. Genuinely curious because this take genuinely baffles me. I don't have a political dog in this fight, but you have to be either joking or incredibly misinformed. Nancy Pelosi calls COVID-19 the "trump virus", Trump calls COVID-19 the "China virus", democrats and republicans have been at tooth and nail debating the merits of reopening the economy, Trump has claimed the democrats called him xenophobic for limiting travel to China when the outbreak started, and there have been heated debates between allowing protests to happen during the pandemic while allowing churches and other businesses to stay closed. Do you want me to continue? To claim that COVID-19 is not politically weaponized when it has been at the forefront of political debate for months is unfathomable.

I genuinely hate talking politics and like to avoid it, but c'mon man do better.

Your lack of reading comprehension baffles me. In the opening post, QAnon boy said:

Since my post was clearly in response to his first post, my 4th point was also clearly in response to this statement as a whole, which was, and remains, bullshit. The rest of your rant is utterly irrelevant, since you are arguing against something that you misinterpreted.

So like you said, do better.

I too, found it odd that a medicine which was shown to be safe with another virus was immediately cast aside, but I'm not a medical person so what do I know.

also, I'm not one to disparage someone's medical expertise just because they hold views that others may disagree with

at the same time, if you think a cyst is due to demon sex in your dreams, you've lost me.

I agree with this. I’m not medical professional, but there are limits where I can draw the line.

Much like I’m no attorney, but I know robbing a store at gunpoint isn’t legal.

It also seems (from minimal research on my part), that other countries have stated it isn’t effective. Not sure if this is entirely accurate, but I would like to see views from outside America where things seem less biased.
