Career Resources
PM me, went to school there at College of Charleston. Currently working at a big 4 brokerage in DC doing Capital Markets UW.
I know the brokers/market well from interning in college.
Not that you asked, but Charleston is awesome.
Do you work or reside in CHS?
No.

Familiar. This is a port market, so get used thinking about industrial. There are a handful of your basic brokerage shops that mostly do leasing and some sales. The Colliers team is very very busy with IS, land deals, and forward sales. The real dominant player is the JLL team that covers the Carolinas. They have been on a tear. I think Patterson, an Atlanta shop, has an office in Charleston.
Add in Bridge as well. Pretty active but JLL is arguably the top industrial shop in the market.
