Chatham Financial Culture? Exit Ops? Comp?
Does anyone know about much about Chatham Financial? I've look at a similar old post but it isn't too helpful.

Career Resources
no idea about comp or culture. but they basically have their industry by the balls. Don't think i've heard anyone use someone OTHER than Chatham for yield curve info.
Been working here for 3 years, but not in Kennett. Anyway feel free to ask questions.
Culture? Company is very values/culture driven, so basically integrity first, client first. After 2 years you can purchase stock and it's 100% employee owned so you can get that feeling of a financial firm before they went public in 80s and 90s.
Exit ops? Company has a very low turnover ratio so people stay for years. If they quit, however, they usually land jobs in treasury or in S&T (or other derivative-oriented fields).
Hours? It depends. Not an IBD grind, but sometimes multitasking gets intense, so some days are crazy exhausting even despite working regular hours.
Anyway if you end up in a client-facing team, job is very rewarding, as if you do your job good, your clients will love you.
Cons - I recommend reading glassdoor reviews, can agree with everything that was posted there. While the company grows strong, it's facing some challenges and folks on glassdoor pointed these out pretty well.
