Is anyone else also in this program? They've mentioned that the program is in its second year so could anyone who's been through the program speak on how they determine who they end up offering interviews for? Completing the webinars while taking a full course load is really challenging and I was wondering if anyone really thought that they were helpful?
I would really appreciate some insight on this. I'm super confused by this program overall. Is everything really reliant on your mentor?
