Citi Securities Service VS Barclays Equity Research. which one??
Citi security service includes prime finance, futures clearing & collateral, custody&fund services and direct custody&clearing. Some groups include Delta one, securities lending, investor services.
Barclays ER I have not assigned group yet. But I heard they are top research house.
This is for summer intern next year and I am concern two criterias: Exit options and full time conversion rate Citi securities service is almost 100% return rate but I am not sure about exit options Barclays ER is 70% return rate, and I know the exit options are to hf, corporates and stay.

I would take Barclays. A 70% return rate would not make the return offer a long shot and seems like a healthy trade off if the exit options are that good.

it's like a repo desk, prime brokerage, and futures execution, flow trading stuff. not much of skillset and I am concerned about the exit opportunities
